| Why do I need this? |
|
| You need to be prepared in the event that you need to go to court with your former spouse. The best way to do this is to document every item that you discuss with your former spouse. We give you this in a clear concise way. Whether it is you or your former spouse who is asking for a court hearing, you will be ready. |

| How do I get my spouse to go along with this? |
|
| It is always best to have it written into the divorce document that you will be using our site. |
| |
| Our best advice is to be honest with them. Tell them that this is a way to document everything relating to the raising of both of your child/children. It is in their best interest that both of you have a place to conduct the business of raising your child/children. |
| |
| Our advice is to e-mail them with the account login and a temporary password that they should change once they log on. Also document that you sent this e-mail to show that you made the effort, I would suggest doing this every week until they do log on. This will be documented by our system and if it ever comes up in court, you have your documentation. Also document any verbal communication about both of you using this site. |

| What if my spouse never logs on? |
|
| In this event, when you go to court you can show the judge that you made many attempts to have your former spouse use this system, document each time you talk to them so if you go to court you can give specific dates that you communicated with your spouse about support issues. |
| |
| What about court ordered child support? |
|
| We do not keep track of any child support that is garnished from your former spouse’s wages. However if you or your former spouse is paying it, it is in the interest to document this. Also any payments received should be documented. |

| Can I cancel my account whenever I want? |
|
| Unless it is written into your divorce, you can cancel at anytime. However we suggest printing everything so you have a copy, we will not keep the account information. |
